I wasn’t paying attention when I wrote the post about IBSTeam.net and the title had .com in it. Not going to edit that post as there are already links to it from outside sources.
Also wanted to add that the paid option is $35 per year as of today and you get a page to describe your site and you can link to multiple page in your site. This is one of the few place where you will get to link to your internal pages. The page also has a title tag for your main city and you can optimize the text on the page as you describe your services. This is the idea page for links to your site.
